1] As the person will have a very diminished appetite because of taking HCG they will not be able to eat very much.
2] Vegetables when cooked in vegetable stock or raw (no oil or fat) have extremely low calories.
3] Also have lots of fiber so are very good for detoxification which aids in weight loss.
4] They are loaded with nutrients so help build the bodies strength, general health and well being.
All in all the more vegetables the better -remembering the person using HCG will only be able to eat a small amount anyway.
But consider – a large salad of lettuce, capsicum, carrot, tomato, asparagus with a boiled potato would only be 100 calories.
can I clarify please on the original Dr Simeons HCG Diet he says that and I quote “There are a number of foods, particularly fruits and vegatbles which have the same or lower caloric values than those listed as permissible and yet we find that they INTERFERE with the regular loss of weight under HCG, presumably owing to the nature of their composition.
So if some of these low caloric foods could interfere with weight loss, why would you include these in your recipes and on your diet plan?
