So focus on no sugar and no stress, sleep 8 hours a night, prepare meals in advance so you are not caught ‘hungry’ and want to snack on junk and be nice to youself.
Losing weight is not a punishment towards your body that you think you may hate. Its an opportunity to treat your amazing body with the respect it deserves, you are fat because you overate and ate the wrong foods, had bad habits – and did not want to ‘get real’ about it all.

Eating well is a wonderful gift not a punishment, you are not ‘missing out’ because you cant eat a bag of deep fried, sugar covered doughnuts – you only want a bag of sugar covered fat because you are addicted to both of these. As you release the toxic laden fat out of your cells those cravings will go for good.
