Do you recommend using the diet & patch along with intermittent fasting? I enjoy the freedom from thinking about what and when to eat and the prep work. For the last 3 weeks I have followed at 20/4 fasting cycle, eliminated all refined sugar (I use pureed dates, 100% maple syrup, honey, and stevia for sweeteners), and added a good probiotic.
Intermittent fasting is not part of the HCG protocol. And all of the sweeteners you mention are full of sugar.
If you want to use any of our diet patches including HCG you need to follow our diet that we provide for successful weight loss.
