KeymasterSome people feel tied, even exhausted on the diet (many feel the opposite). If you are tied you may be deficient in iron, minerals or vitamins, have a fungal infection in the gut or your bloods pH is acid not alkaline.
Tiedness can also be caused by detoxing, you release toxic laden fat via the blood stream as you lose weight, your blood is then sluggish so you feel run down.
An easy way to give yourself a boost in all of these areas, naturally, is to take a dose of Liquid Chlorophyll every day.
It tastes like spearmint and couldn’t be easier. Its also a great way to get more GREENS into your diet. The best one for taste I have found is from Healthy Essentials, I buy six bottles of the 500ml at a time online. For what you get from it its very cheap, around $20 per large bottle. You can also buy other brands from the supermarket for around $8 pb.
Liquid Chlorophyll has a very similar molecular structure to the haemoglobin that’s in our red blood cells. The main difference is the core; while haemoglobin (blood) has an iron core, chlorophyll’s core is made up of magnesium.
What Liquid Chlorophyll is good for:
Its a Super Food so good for so many things:
Take every day as part of your food and healthy lifestyle. Good for ALL ages.
1] Can help treat anaemia and exhaustion -It works by stimulating bone marrow and increasing the production of red blood cells to treat and reduce symptoms of anemia.
2] It’s Alkalizing – Chlorophyll helps to prevent excess acid, produce an alkaline pH, and keeps you disease-free and feeling great.
3] Helps with weight loss – chlorophyll intensifies feelings of satiety by reducing hunger and preventing the dip in blood sugar that often occurs ninty minutes after eating.
4] It Boosts the Immune System – It stimulates the bone marrow, which is responsible for the production of white blood cells. The job of these cells is to protect our body from infectious disease and ward off any foreign invaders that could potentially make us sick.
5] Healing – chlorophyll is effective against Candida albicans, or yeast. This fungus is responsible for oral thrush and bad breath.
6] It Eases Inflammation – chlorophyll protects cells from oxidative damage by counteracting harmful free radicals via its potent antioxidant properties. These antioxidants help to scavenge free radicals, relieving inflammation and reducing the symptoms that come with it.
7] Fights cancer cells – Chlorophyll reduces the bioavailability of carcinogens to make them harder to absorb in the body.
8] It Kills Bacteria – Chlorophyll has strong antimicrobial powers that can work to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungus, promote wound healing by inhibiting bacterial growth. It’s Nutrient-Rich – There’s a reason that chlorophyll is absolutely essential to the survival and growth of plants. Besides being involved in the process of photosynthesis, it’s also packed with tons of nutrients that can be beneficial to humans as well.
Rich in vitamins A, C, K, and E, chlorophyll supports everything from blood clotting to healthy skin and vision. It’s also full of essential fatty acids and important minerals like magnesium, iron, calcium, and potassium.
Dose: I pour a half or less glass of water, pour in some liquid chlorophyll (about 1 tbsp.) and drink, tastes really fresh and minty.
