Yes that is what is supposed to happen after a couple of days. Remember the patch material is gentle – not like a band aide that you have to rip off the skin when you want to change it.
So you apply the patch or patches to the lower abdomen area (or under the bra line), press very firmly and make sure they are away from clothes rubbing – like a waist band. Some of the patches may start to curl at the edges as a couple of days go by and this is normal so don’t be worried about it. Your skin will still be absorbing the nutrients.
Example: The best way to judge when to change is to apply the patch or patches on Monday morning and change on Thursday morning.
And after shower remember to press them firmly with a dry towel – press don’t rub.
THIS IS MY FIRST DAY AND I PUT MY PATCHES ON EITHER SIDE OF MY ABDOMEN AS I AM SHORT WAISTED AND CLOTHING WILL TEND TO RUB THEM ON MY TUMMY. ABDOMEN HAS A LOT OF FAT THERE TOO.. WILL THIS STILL WORK PLACED THERE.?
