You will lose excess fluid out of the fat cells and where ever it is stored in the body as you lose weight. However if you have had this condition for a while as in fluid around your ankles and feet I would suggest a natural remedy as well:
Three days/nights per week when you watch TV or read – put your feet in a bowl of warm/hot water with a handful of Epsom salts dissolved in it. Soak for 20 minutes. You could also add two cups to a warm/hot bath and for 20 minutes – when soaking with Epsom salts magnesium is absorbed through the skin, and toxins and excess fluid are drawn out, leaving you looking instantly less puffy.
