Yes it is good to take a break every 2-3 months for at one week. The body can become saturated – the client will know this by after 2-3 months they start to break out on in a hive like rash this just means overload.
If any one developed a temporary hive like rash in the beginning its detoxification.
Some times a client needs the nutrients badly as in they are quite deficient in one or all of them so they don’t need a break.
There is no way of really knowing that short of when they stop they feel negative symptoms coming back – then its safe to say just start using them again.
Also – with the ingredients in the patch it can bring up emotional issues that need to be resolved. Then emotions settle down again, its a process – people just need to be present and not buy into symptoms.
A break is always good at this time though as it allows the person ‘to blame’ something outside of themselves and they let go of the anxiety – then can naturally release stored emotions.
