Lets be clear on what oils really are: Oil is NOT a food let alone a healthy one. This includes coconut, flax seed and olive oil.
ALL oils are isolated concentrated nutrients that have been stripped from a healthy food. ALL of the fibre and other healthy nutrients like vitamins have been left behind.
It ends up as processed concentrated fat in a bottle, and its touted by expensive media, advertising and brain washing (by the manufacturers) to be supremely healthy for you.
Oils have 9 calories per gram that’s more concentrated fat calories than red meat. AND it is stored in your body as fat.
It is the manufacturers and sellers who tell you that oils are so good for you because they want you to buy it. Flax seeds, olives and coconuts are good in moderation as the whole food – not a stripped fat concentrate.
These foods when they are eaten just as the whole food not concentrated oils/fats have abundant nutrients – but again eaten as the whole food.
Also all oils have been proven by scientific research to be strong promoters of cancer and are toxic to your arteries.
